(1) From the financial year 2011-2012, Birtawal should not put any kind of money on Birta or settle it except for the crops of Birta land. But Birtawal will get 65 percent of the income from the financial year 2011-2012 to 2012-2013.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the amount or the income of the amount that the Birtawal cannot take will belong to the Government of Nepal and the settlement or settlement thereof will be from the Government of Nepal. However, Birtawal has to file 35 percent of the income from the financial year 2012-2013 and the entire income from the financial year 2013-2014 to the Government of Nepal within the time limit specified by the order.
